Protein Double Dip French Toast

This Protein Double Dip French Toast recipe  is smothered in a creamy protein packed batter, fried, then repeated again for double the flavor!

Gather ingredients: – 3 eggs – 1 Cup Macadamia Milk – 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder – 3 Tbsp brown sugar – 1 Tsp vanilla – 1 Tsp cinnamon – 4 Tbsp vegan butter – 10 Slices bread

Step 1: Add eggs, macadamia milk, protein powder, brown sugar, and vanilla to a shallow dish and mix!

Step 2:  Heat a frying pan with butter on medium heat. Using a fork, set a slice of bread into the batter, let sit for 30 seconds. Flip bread over and let sit for another 30 seconds

Step 3:  Transfer the slice to pan and fry for 2-3 minutes per side until the batter is crispy and golden brown. Flip & repeat.

Step 4:  Remove from pan and dip both sides in batter again. Return to pan and fry until golden brown. Remove from pan, add toppings and enjoy!
