This delicious pizza bowl is ready in one bowl, macro friendly, and packed with flavor! It's all of the deliciousness of pizza without the overload of carbs!

- Pepperoni - Marinara Sauce - Italian Cheese - Italian Seasoning - Sausage - Salt & Pepper - Garlic - Onion - Riced Cauliflower

Cook the Italian sausage in a pan for 5 minutes (it does not need to be fully cooked). For less fat, you could also use ground bison .

Step 1

Add the cauliflower, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Continue to cook this for another 5 minutes until pork is fully cooked.

Step 2

Add the marinara sauce and half of the cheese. Cook this mixture for 2 more minutes or until cheese is melted.

Step 3

Transfer to an oven safe dish if not already using one. Top with pepperoni  and remaining cheese.

Step 4

Broil for 5-10 minutes in the oven until the cheese is golden brown. We like to top with additional basil or Italian seasoning. Enjoy!
