Decadent poached peaches, tangy raspberry sauce, and sweet vanilla ice cream make up this delicious peach melba dessert!

- Peaches - Raspberries - Vanilla ice cream - Water - Sugar - Lemon juice - Vanilla

Heat up water, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice in a saucepan on medium heat. While it heats, cut each peach into 8 slices. 

Step 1

Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and add the peaches. Then, let poach for 2-3 minutes until they're soft.

Step 2

Once peaches are soft, put them in a bowl of ice water. Then, peel the skin off the peaches and slice them into bite-sized cubes.

Step 3

Add raspberries and one cup of the poaching syrup to a blender. Carefully blend for 20-30 seconds until a sauce is created. 

Step 4

Strain the raspberry sauce to remove the seeds. We do this into a glass measuring cup that's easy to pour the sauce out of.

Step 5

Assemble your dessert! Scoop vanilla ice cream into a serving glass and top with peach slices and raspberry sauce. Enjoy!
