Gather all your ingredients.

Add one cup of the rolled oats to a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until they turn into a fine powder.

Add remaining ingredients to the blender, except the remaining oats and blend until smooth,.

Stir in remaining oats and let mixture sit for 5 minutes. While this sits, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Pour approximately ⅓ of a cup of batter into the center of the skillet and let cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles begin form all around the pancake.

Flip the pancakes once bubbles are everywhere on the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Cook the remaining pancakes. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy! We love bananas, pecans and syrup on our pancakes.
