Ingredients

- White sugar, powdered sugar - Matcha - Flour - Baking powder - Coconut oil - Eggs - White chocolate chips - Salt

Add the matcha, sugar, flour, and baking soda to a large mixing bowl. Stir until the dry ingredients are well combined.

Step 1

Melt coconut oil if needed. Then, add it with the eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined and a sticky dough forms.

Step 2

Add the white chocolate chips to the matcha cookie dough. Fold them in until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Step 3

Scoop into 2" balls and place on a baking sheet that's lined in parchment paper. Freeze cookie dough balls for one hour.

Step 4

Roll the cookie dough balls in white sugar then powdered sugar. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes, then, enjoy!
