Ingredients

- Butternut squash - Golden potatoes - Greek yogurt - Rosemary - Garlic - Olive oil - Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 425 degreed F. Cut squash and pierce potatoes with fork. Then, place on a baking tray and drizzle with oil and spices.

Step 1

Bake for one hour, then let cool. Slice potatoes in half to allow to cool faster until they are safe to touch.

Step 2

Scoop butternut squash flesh from skin, then place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.
