Ingredients

- Mashed potato squash - Sour cream - Garlic (minced) - Sage (ground) - Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 400 degreed F. Then, cut squash in half and scoop out seeds using a spoon. Discard seeds.

Step 1

Place squash halves on a baking tray and coat with olive oil. Then, sprinkle with garlic, sage, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Bake for 35 minutes. Then, remove from oven and scoop squash flesh away from skin using a spoon. Place into a blender.

Step 3

Add squash, sour cream, and spices to a blender. Blend until well combined. Then, remove and enjoy!
