Vanilla Protein Cupcakes Recipe

Nothing says I love you on Valentine's day like a high-protein cupcake. These vanilla cupcakes are filled with strawberry jam and packed with 10g of protein!

- Flour - Protein Powder - Salt, baking powder - Sugar, butter, eggs - Kiefer - Strawberry jam - Vanilla - Swipe up for other ingredients

First, beat the butter and sugar together in a large bowl. It takes about 2 minutes to do (longer thank you might think!)

Step 1

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt, protein powder, and baking powder. Then, combine with the sugar, butter and kiefer.

Step 2

Pour the batter into 12 muffin cups lined with muffin paper (to about 2/3 full). Then, bake at  350 degrees F for 25 minutes. 

Step 3

While the cupcakes bake, make the protein buttermilk frosting by mixing together all the frosting ingredients.

Step 4

Once the cupcakes are done cooking, let cool, then scoop out the center and fill it with strawberry jam. Top with frosting and enjoy!
