- 13 oz lobster ravioli - 2 tbsp butter - 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning - 1 tbsp garlic - 1 tbsp lemon juice - 1/2 cup milk - 1/2 cup pasta water - 1 tsp cornstarch

Bring water to a boil and cook ravioli. Save 1/2 cup of the pasta water for later and then strain ravioli when done, typically 4-5 minutes.

Step 1

Melt butter in a pan on medium heat and saute with garlic and cajun seasoning for 1-2 minutes. Then, add lemon juice and pasta water and simmer 1-2 minutes.

Step 2

Add cornstarch to coconut milk and whisk until well combined. Then, add the coconut milk mixture with the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Once the sauce has thickened, remove it from heat. Add ravioli to the pan and stir until well coated. Then, enjoy!
