Lavender Milk Tea Recipe

- 1 cup coconut milk - 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract 1 tbsp honey - 1/4 tsp adaptogenic powder (optional)

Add milk, vanilla, adaptogenic powder, and lavender to a small saucepan and heat for 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir constantly.

Step 1

Add honey to a mug and place a fine mesh sieve on top of the mug. Gently pour hot milk mixture through the sieve and into the mug.

Step 2

Stir the honey into the milk mixture. It should combine easily with the hot milk.

Step 3

Enjoy! If you’re feeling fancy, top with extra frothed milk! You can also add additional lavender buds to the top as decoration.
