- Instant potatoes - Cheese - Milk - Greek yogurt - Eggs - Garlic, thyme - Salt, pepper

Add all your ingredients to a large bowl. Mix until a thick batter has formed and there are no more clumps of instant potatoes.

Step 1

Heat a pan on medium heat and add oil if your pan isn't non-stick. Add about 1/2 cup of batter and cook for 3 minutes on one side.

Step 2

Flip potato pancake and cook on the other side for an additional 3 minutes. Repeat for the rest of the batter, you should make 6.

Step 3

Enjoy these tasty potato pancakes hot! We like ours with sour cream and chives. We also recommend adding bacon or sausage.
