- Bananas - Flour, baking soda - Dairy free chocolate chips - Maple syrup - Cashew butter - Vanilla - Salt, cinnamon, - Dairy-free chocolate chips

Peel your bananas and place them into a large bowl. Your bananas should be very ripe with plenty of brown on the peel.

Step 1

Mash your bananas in a large bowl until they turn into a paste. Then, add the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Add the dry ingredients to the bowl and fold until the batter is just mixed. Don't overmix or the bread will turn out tough.

Step 3

Fold the chocolate chips into the batter. Prepare a loaf pan with oil or parchment paper so the bread doesn't stick.

Step 4

Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 65-75 minutes. It'll be done when a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 5

Slice and serve warm with your favorite toppings. We love vegan butter and honey on our dairy-free banana bread!
