Homemade Cheese Wraps

Cheese wraps are a low-carb alternative to flour tortillas. They're easy to make and totally customizable!

- cheese* *That's right, all you need is cheese! You can also add spices if you desire. Also, the best cheeses to use are cheddar, mozzarella, and Colby Jack.

Step 1

Shred cheese. Spread evenly on a non-stick pan and add any seasoning you desire. We use 1/2 cup of cheese to make a 6" cheese wrap.

Step 2

Cook on low heat for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes the cheese will have small bubbles and get darker, that's when it's done.

Step 3

Let sit for 5 minutes to cool. Then, remove with a spatula and enjoy any way you like! There are endless low-carb possibilities.
