Ingredients

- Ground Bison - Vinegar - Sugar - Water - Tortillas -Taco Seasoning - Tomato Paste - Radishes

Heat up a large pan over medium heat. Add the ground bison to the pan and break it up into small pieces. Cook until pieces are brown.

Step 1

Dice the radishes and add them to a bowl with water, vinegar, and sugar. Set this aside and they'll become quick-pickle radishes.

Step 2

Once the bison is brown, add the taco seasoning, water, and tomato paste. Set to low heat and allow to simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Step 3

Once the bison is done, warm up your tortillas. Then, assemble your tacos! We use ground bison, quick-pickle radishes, and avocado sauce.
