Ingredients

1/4 cup gluten-free flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 pinch baking soda 2 tbsp honey 1 egg 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1/4 tsp vanilla extrtact 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined. The dry ingredients should be fully mixed in with no chunks left.

Step 1

Spray 2 mugs with non-stick cooking spray and pour batter into each. Batter should fill up about 1/3 of the mug.

Step 2

Microwave for 60-90 seconds. Be sure to watch closely so the cake does not overflow. Let sit for at least a minute, it will be very hot!

Step 3

Add your favorite toppings and enjoy! We love to add frosting and extra honey on top of our mug cake.
