These Fruity Pebble Pancakes combine two breakfast favorites into one ridiculously tasty recipe!

Ingredients

3/4 cup self rising flour 1-1/2 cup protein flax milk 3/4 cup fruity pebbles 1 egg 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp cashew butter 1 tbsp white vinegar 1/2 cup protein powder

Add half of the fruity pebbles cereal to 1 cup of the milk in a small bowl. Set aside for the cereal milk to develop.

Step 1

Add all ingredients, except fruity pebbles, to a large bowl. Mix well. Note: Add cereal infused milk by straining out and discarding soggy cereal.

Step 2

Heat a skillet with butter over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup of batter and sprinkle fresh fruity pebbles on top of the batter.

Step 3

Cook on side one until bubbles form (1-2 minutes). Flip pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from pan and repeat with remaining batter.

Step 4

Add your favorite toppings and enjoy! We top out pancakes with butter, syrup, whipped cream, and more Fruity Pebbles cereal!
