Fruity Pebbles Mug Cake

Mug cakes are all the rage these days because of how quick and easy they are. All you need is 10 minutes and a microwave!

Servings: 1

total Time: 10 Min


1 egg 1/2 c milk 1 tsp coconut oil 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 scoop protein powder 1/4 c Fruity Pebbles 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 pinch salt 1 tbsp coconut sugar

Pour milk in a cup and add half of the Fruity Pebbles cereal. Let sit so the milk soaks up the flavor of the cereal.

Step 1

After 5 minutes, add remaining ingredients to milk and cereal and mix until cake batter is well combined and chunks are gone.

Step 2

Microwave cake batter in a large mug for 70-90 seconds. Be sure to let sit in the microwave for at least a minute, it will be very hot!

Step 3

Once cooled, remove from microwave and enjoy! We like topping our mug cake with whipped cream and extra Fruity Pebbles cereal!
