the ingredients

- salmon - soy sauce - mango - rice vinegar - lime juice - sesame oil - avocado oil - salt

Brush the salmon with soy sauce and bake in the oven at 350 degrees. You could do teriyaki instead for a sweeter flavor.

step 1

While the salmon bakes, add the sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. It's ok if there are some mango chunks left.

step 2

After 12is minutes, broil the salmon for the last 5 minutes. Then, remove the salmon from the oven when golden brown.

step 3

Plate your salmon and mango sauce up with your favorite sides. We love rice, cucumbers, and carrots.

step 4

This mango sauce is super versatile! It can be enjoyed on chicken, shrimp, tofu, and so much more!
