This honey mug cake is packed with the sweet flavors of honey and the warmth of cinnamon. It is gluten free and ready in the microwave! Make 1 for yourself and 1 to share!

Simple Gluten Free One Bowl

- Gluten free flour - Baking powder - Baking soda - Honey - Egg - Vegetable oil - Vanilla - Cinnamon

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Try to use a bowl or container with a pouring spout or that's large enough to whisk in. 

Step 1

Add wet ingredients to the same bowl as the dry ingredients. Mix them together until there are no more streaks of egg whites.

Step 2

Let this batter sit for a couple of minutes to allow the dry ingredients to properly absorb the wet ingredients.

Step 3

Pour into greased mugs, filling half way. The mugs should be tall enough to allow for the mug cake to double in size as it bakes.

Step 4

Microwave and then drizzle with honey to finish. Enjoy with whipped cream or your favorite flavor of ice cream!
