This delicious cheesecake is made with a ginger snap cookie base and Greek yogurt filling. It's also simple to make!

- Ginger snap cookies - Butter - Honey - Condensed milk - Greek yogurt

Use a blender to pulverize the cookies with the melted butter. You can also crush them in a plastic bag and mix with the butter. 

Step 1

Press into spring form pan. Ensure the thickness is even across the bottom. Bake the crust at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Mix the yogurt, condensed milk, and honey until fully combined. You can do this by hand or with an electric mixer.

Step 3

Pour this into the baked crust and gently tap the pan to bring any air bubbles to the surface. Bake for 35 minutes.

Step 4

Once baked, leave in the fridge to set for at least 4 hours (or overnight). Top it with fruit, sauce, or chocolate, and enjoy!
