Ingredients

- Biscuits - Cheese - Potatoes - Parsley - Bacon - Butter - Garlic, salt and pepper

Mash potatoes in a bowl, then add the cheese, parsley, bacon bits, garlic, salt and pepper to bowl and mix well.

Step 1

Remove biscuit dough from can. Cut each dough disc into 1/4s. Then, flatten each piece of dough until they're about 3" wide.

Step 2

Fill each piece of dough with about one tbsp of cheese filling. Then, fold up sides of dough and press together form a closed dough ball.

Step 3

Place dough balls in a cast iron pan or 8x8 baking dish with the folded side face down. Bake for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Melt butter in a bowl.  After 30 minutes of cooking, spread butter on top of biscuits and then cook for 5 more minutes.

Step 5

Remove from oven and enjoy! This can be made with mozzarella or cheddar cheese. It also reheats great so can be enjoyed later!
