These Cajun chicken wraps are super quick and simple. They make a delicious and healthy meal prep and the filling can be used in so many ways!

- Tortillas - Lettuce - Bell Pepper - Red Onion - Celery - Cajun Seasoning - Greek Yogurt - Chicken

Make chicken however you like or use leftover or frozen. Even chicken tenders or chicken nuggets work great! Chop up.

Step 1

Grab a large bowl and mix the yogurt and Cajun seasoning. Make sure the bowl is big enough to mix everything else.

Step 2

Add the diced veggies, shredded lettuce, and chicken to the bowl with the sauce. Mix until everything is coated.

Step 3

Add to tortillas and roll tightly. Enjoy right away or store the filling separate from the tortillas to enjoy throughout the week.

Step 4

- Make no more than 2 days of wraps - Store the rest of the filling separate from the tortillas - Make more wraps throughout the week - Or, use the filling to make a sandwich or bowl
