First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Then, peel and slice apples into about 1/8 inch wide slices.
Mix filling ingredients in a large bowl and set aside until ready to use.
Mix topping in another bowl until a sticky dough forms.
Transfer the apple mixture to a cast iron pan and spoon Bisquick mixture evenly over apples. Bake for 45 minutes until apple mixture is bubbly and top is golden brown.
