Servings: 4

total Time: 20 min

Ingredients

- Chicken - White rice (microwave) - Teriyaki sauce - Garlic, Ginger, Sesame oil - Carrots, Radishes, Cucumber - Avocado, Lime, Edemame -Mango Sauce

Heat the ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a large pan on medium heat. Cook for about 2 minutes until the garlic is slightly brown.

Step 1

Add the chicken and teriyaki sauce to the pan with the garlic and ginger. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side.

Step 2

While the chicken cooks, cut the vegetables and make the rice. We like to slice our carrots thin using a pealer!

Step 3

Once the chicken has a brown and crispy exterior it's ready. It should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Step 4

Now, assemble your bowl! We like to top ours with more teriyaki sauce or a mango sauce. Swipe up for our mango sauce recipe!
