Ingredients

- Butternut squash ravioli - Heavy cream - Breadcrumbs - Parmesan cheese - Sage - Garlic, mustard - Salt, pepper

Toast the breadcrumbs and half the sage in a large pan with oil. While those toast, cook the ravioli according to the package directions. Save some pasta water.

Step 1

Remove the breadcrumbs from the pan and then saute the garlic and mustard for a few minutes on medium heat.

Step 2

Add 1/4 pasta water, cream, salt, pepper, and sage to the pan with the garlic and mustard. Simmer for 5-10 minutes while stirring the sauce constantly.

Step 3

Add the cooked ravioli to the pan with the sauce. Toss to coat the ravioli completely and let cook for another couple minutes.

Step 4

Plate the ravioli in a shallow bowl and then top with the toasted breadcrumbs. Enjoy hot with a glass of wine and congratulate yourself!
