This breakfast on the grill features steak cooked to perfection, sweet potatoes  and eggs. And it's all topped with a tangy and delicious chimichurri sauce!

- Steak - Eggs - Sweet Potatoes - Steak Seasoning - Olive oil - Chimichurri sauce (ingredients not shown, see recipe for ingredients and how to make)

First off, fire up your grill and get it to about 450 degrees. Pat steak seasoning on your steak and set it aside.

Step 1

Next, dice your sweet potato and toss in olive oil and steak seasoning. Then, add to a cast iron skillet and put on the grill.

Step 2

After the potatoes have cooked for 10 minutes give them a stir and add your steak to the grill. Grill to your desired doneness.

Step 3

While the steak and sweet potatoes cook, make the chimichurri sauce by blending all the sauce ingredients for a minute.

Step 4

When the potatoes are about done, add a couple of eggs to the cast iron and cook for 5 minutes. Then, remove everything.

Step 5

Cut up your steak into thin slices. Add it to your sweet potatoes and eggs and load it up with that chimichurri sauce. Then, enjoy!
