These Birthday Cake Oatmeal Bars are a copycat recipe of the Heavenly Hunks snack. They're a fun snack that's loaded with birthday cake sprinkles!

Ingredients

- Oats - Cashew butter - Vanilla - White sugar, brown sugar - Fice flour - Coconut shreds - Sprinkles

First, add one cup of oats to a blender. Blend them until flour is formed. Note: you'll be leaving 1/2 cup of oats unblended to be mixed in.

Step 1

Melt the coconut oil and cashew butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then, add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.

Step 2

Fold in the sprinkles after everything else is mixed together. Then, grease a 5" x 7" pan to store the oatmeal bars in.

Step 3

Put the oatmeal bar batter in your pan and pat it down. Then, let it chill in the fridge or the freezer until it hardens.

Step 4

It will take 15 minutes to harden in the freezer and 30 in the fridge. Once hard, remove and cut into squares. Then, enjoy!
