Ingredients

- Banana - Chocolate Chips - Flour - Maple syrup - Milk - Nut butter - Vanilla - Baking soda, cinnamon, salt

Smash half the banana with the nut butter in a medium sized bowl. Mash until mostly smooth, but some chunks are okay.

Step 1

Mix in the wet ingredients with the banana and nut butter. The mixture may look a little lumpy and that's ok!

Step 2

Add the dry ingredients (except chocolate) and mix until a thick better forms. Then, fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 3

Add the muffin batter to a muffin tin. You'll have enough for 2 medium muffins. Top with slices of the remaining banana.

Step 4

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Then, remove and enjoy! We like to eat ours warm with butter.
