- Eggs - Cottage cheese - Gruyere cheese - All purpose flour - Onion - Bacon - Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place bacon slices and onion pieces on a tray and bake them for 15 minutes.

Step 1

While the bacon and onions cook, add the remaining ingredients to a blender and blend for 45 seconds until well mixed.

Step 2

Once the bacon and onions are done, cut them into small pieces and combine them with the egg and cottage cheese mixture.

Step 3

Pour egg mixture into a casserole dish that's 8"x10" or a similar size. Top with half the cheese and bake for 45 minutes.

Step 4

Bake until the center is just set. Then, remove and top with more bacon and chives. Then, enjoy hot or save for meal prep all week!
