No Bake Protein Tiramisu

With bold coffee-dipped lady fingers and a sweet, protein-filled custard, this protein tiramisu recipe packs in 10 grams of protein per slice.

- lady fingers - vanilla and almond - coffee - cottage cheese - heavy whipping cream - egg yolks - coffee liquor - sugar

Whip together the heavy whipping cream with coffee until nice and fluffy.  Let chill in the fridge for now.

Step 1

Blend the egg yolks, cottage cheese, vanilla, salt, and almond extract until smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Fold together, very carefully the protein cream with the whipped cream. You don't want to overmix and knock out the air.

Step 3

soak the lady fingers with coffee and liquor and layer int he bottom of a pan. Break the cookies to fit them best for a full layer.

Step 4

Layer with the protein cream for full coverage. Then another layer of lady fingers and another layer of cream. 

Step 5

Top with the remaining whipped cream and cover the tray. Place in the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours but preferably overnight.

Step 6

Dust with cocoa powder just before serving and then enjoy with your favorite cup of coffee or other Italian classic!
