- Chicken breast - bone broth - cottage cheese - parmesan - cream - sun dried tomatoes & basil - garlic - spices

Saute the garlic and spices in butter until fragrant and toasty. This should only take 1-2 minutes.

Step 1

Cut the chicken into 1" pieces and add the pan. Cook until cooked through  to 165 degrees and golden brown.

Step 2

Make the sauce by adding the broth, cottage cheese, tomatoes, and cream to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Combine the sauce with the chicken. Cook for 5 more minutes and then stir in basil and parmesan.
