We handle the meal planning so you just need to prep! All the meals in our plans take under 30 minutes to make. Also, we recommend prepping ingredients for your weekly meals in advance. That may look like spending 15 minutes chopping veggies, cooking chicken, or preparing rice on a Sunday afternoon.
The meal plan is designed to serve a family of four. But, we've heard from many beta testers that the meals can serve up to 6.
You'll receive each week's meal plan via email on Friday at 5am.
The majority of recipes on the meal plans don't use protein powder and, instead, get protein from whole food sources. However, some recipes call for optional protein powder if you want to add more protein to the recipe.
This meal plan has a combination of exclusive recipes and recipes found on our website Joy to the Food. On average, only 1 recipe from the meal plan can be found on our site, meaning there are 5 exclusive recipes! Even the recipe already on our site has been modified to fit better with the other recipes or make it faster.
