20 Minute Salmon with Mango Sauce

This salmon dinner is super easy to make, ready in 20 minutes, and topped with a sweet and refreshing mango sauce!

- salmon - soy sauce - mango - rice vinegar - lime juice - sesame oil - avocado oil - salt

Brush the salmon with soy sauce and bake in the oven at 350 degrees. Lay the salmon on foil for less clean up!

While the salmon bakes, add the sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. It's ok if there are some mango chunks left.

step 2

Broil the salmon for the last 5 minutes. Then, remove the salmon from the oven when it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.

Plate your salmon up with rice, cucumbers, carrots, and the delicious mango sauce! Add more or less veggies to meet your taste!

This mango sauce is super versatile! It can be enjoyed on chicken, shrimp, tofu, and so much more!
